How do I return a part?
Start the return from your account by opening the relevant order and using the return option. Once the request is submitted, we'll send the return AWB by email.
How do I get my money back?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned part, to your original payment method.
What if the part is defective?
We offer free replacement or full refund for defective parts within the warranty period.
